We are a Federally Qualified Health Center with locations in Gary, Hebron, and Portage, Indiana that provide a wide range of services for your primary, behavioral, and dental healthcare needs.

Marram Health Center receives HRSA Health Center Program grant funding under 42 U.S.C. 254b and has been deemed a Public Health Service employee for purposes of certain liability protections, including Federal Tort Claims Act coverage, under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).

This health center is supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of an award totaling $1,249,200 with 0 percentage financed with nongovernmental sources.
