We are a Federally Qualified Health Center with locations in Gary, Hebron, Portage, and Valparaiso, Indiana that provide a wide range of services for your primary, behavioral, and dental healthcare needs.

Marram Health Center receives U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
